The YotaPhone 2, with its dual-display design, was shown off in early December 2014, and has recently gone on sale in Europe with plans to bring the device to the United States never hidden.
However, whether or not the device would find its way onto the network of a carrier still remained up in the air. It would certainly be a boon for the small manufacturer, especially if the device launched on one of the major wireless networks. Turns out, as revealed by the company’s Managing Director of the Americas, Matthew Kelly, at this year’s CES, the device is indeed going to find its way to a carrier in the United States at some point in the future. Moreover, that carrier is one of “the big four,” which means it’s going to launch on either T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon or AT&T.
The YotaPhone 2 is also headed to Canada, and will launch on a carrier in that region, too, but which carrier still remains unknown.
If the YotaPhone 2 launches for your carrier, do you plan on picking one up?
