Rumors are a dime a dozen these sites, and tech sites, including this one, love to cover them because they give us something to talk about when there’s a slow news day. Now that being said, there are three publications that rarely publish rumors. When they do, it usually means said rumors are true.

Those three sites are Reuters, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal. The last one is the source for today’s speculation. They say that Samsung will launch a new version of the Galaxy S4 this summer that’s waterproof and dustproof, though the device will allegedly look exactly like the current GS4 does. Wonder how they’ll pull that off? Anyway, the phone is tentatively called the GS4 Active.

Next up is news of a tablet, specifically an 8 inch model that’s also resistant to the elements. The wording wasn’t exactly clear as to what else will make it special, but hey, this is Samsung. They’ll figure out an angle. They always do.

And finally there’s word of a 4.3 inch version of the GS4 Mini slated for a July release. We kind of already know everything there is to know about that device. Hell, there are even photos of it floating around the internet.
