Earlier today I shared a link to the Galaxy S 4’s microsite. On said site there were 11 accessories for Samsung’s new flagship phone, but press photos never really do it for me. I want to see real photos, with blemishes and all. While I’ve yet to see any on the internet, I found something even better.
My good friend Mark Guim was at the launch event in New York city with his wife Sheila. They made a quick sub 80 second video showing off a handful of the GS4’s many accessories.
Just confirmed, inductive charging is standard on the GS 4. You won't need to get a special back. No pricing on the charging pad, though.

Make sure you pay attention to the wireless charger. It looks like you’ll need to have a special case. That conflicts with what Tim Stevens, the Editor in Chief of Engadget said in a recent tweet. Who should you believe? I say wait a few days, I’m sure the final word will eventually come out.
Update: According to C|Net, wireless charging is not built-in. It requires the purchase of a new back cover. Not really surprised by this, the phone is insanely thin. That and if it did have wireless charging, Samsung would have said something during their keynote.
