T-Mobile today lowered the prices of Samsung’s 2015 flagship handset — the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge — by up to $200. The move from the carrier comes less than a week after Samsung announced that it will be adjusting the prices of its flagship handset to boost sales and to counter the increased competition.
The Magenta carrier is now selling the unlocked 32GB variant of the Galaxy S6 for $579, with the 64GB and 128GB variants now both costing $659.
As for the Galaxy S6 edge, its price now starts at $679 for the 32GB variant, while the 64GB and 128GB variant costing $759. This means that while the 32GB variant of the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge have receive a price cut of $100, the 128GB storage variant has received a price cut of $200, which makes them more attractive.
