T-Mobile has been on a roll lately with its ‘Uncarrier’ strategy. Today, the company extended its ‘Un-carrier’ plans to tablets by offering some tempting data plans meant for tablets. The carrier also revealed that it will be carrying two of the hugely popular Android tablets in the market right now – the Nexus 7 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.
The carrier will be offering the tablets for a $0 down-payment. The Nexus 7 (2013 edition) with LTE will set users back by $16 a month over a period of 24-months. This will include 200MB of free monthly 3G/LTE data for the lifetime of the tablet. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 will set users back by $19 a month for the same period.
Potential buyers can also top-up their data and enjoy 500MB of data for$5 for a one-day pass, or a weekly pass of a gig of data for $10.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 can be purchased right away, with the Nexus 7 being available from November 20th.
