A day after Steve Kondik a.k.a Cyanogen expressed his opinions on Cyanogen Inc’s ex-CEO Kirt McMaster and his mismanagement of the company, Cyanogen Inc today announced in a blog post that the company has separated ties with the company’s co-founder.

The announcement was made by Cyanogen inc’s new CEO Lior Tal. Tal said that by separating ties with Kondik, the latter will be able to “continue to forge his path as he sees fit.”

Additionally, Tal said that by relocating the company’s employees to their office in Palo Alto, the company is looking to improvement communication and performance of its team. This consolidation will help in improving the efficiency of the team and reduce hindrance in their development work.

Lastly, Tal ensures that Cyanogen Inc continues to work on exciting new technologies. He also reassured that the company is well funded and will continue to recruit new people to expand its core functions.
