Sony’s event from IFA 2014 is cooling down, and now that the major announcements are out of the way, the carriers can swoop in and make their own claims on upcoming devices. Just as the four major wireless carriers did with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge, T-Mobile has made another announcement to prepare its subscribers for another flagship’s arrival.
T-Mobile has confirmed via a press release on September 3 that they will indeed be partnering with Sony, as usual, to bring the Xperia Z3 flagship device to the Magenta Carrier sometime this fall. Unfortunately, there weren’t any exact dates provided in the release. T-Mobile just says the device will land “this fall.”
Another key detail, pricing, is obviously missing from the announcement at this point as well. All of that should change soon, though.
It’s worth noting that it was reported not too long ago that Sprint is rumored to be picking up the Xperia Z3 from Sony sometime in the future as well, courtesy of SoftBank in Japan.
Do you plan on picking up the Xperia Z3?
