Sony officially unveiled the SmartWatch 3, which runs Android Wear, in the beginning of September, 2014. Now, just over two months later the smartwatch is now available for purchase.
On Monday, November 10, Sony unleashed its SmartWatch 3 into the Google Play Store, so it now sits comfortably next to the LG G Watch R and the Moto 360. The SmartWatch 3 boasts plenty of similar features, too, like a 1.6-inch 320×320 LCD display, a quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, and 512MB of RAM. It does feature 4GB of built-in storage, though, and a battery measured in at 420mAH.
The SmartWatch 3 is listed at $249.99, and Google says it will ship within 1 to 2 business days after a successful order.
