Samsung Galaxy Note 7

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has officially been discontinued, following fires and smoking devices, even in replacement units.

A recent video, shared online, shows a Galaxy Note 7 catching fire and letting out a substantial amount of smoke. The owner of the unit, Dee Decasa, carries out the smoking device from another room, and then sets the phone down. Near the end of the video, we can see Decasa appear to faint and collapse to the ground.

Samsung’s fiasco with the Galaxy Note 7 has effectively come to an end, with the unit being discontinued, but it’s now up to owners out in the real world to power down their unit and get it returned, or exchanged for a different phone altogether.
