As confirmed to Gadgette and Android Central, Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 5 in Europe early next year.
For some strange reason, Samsung had decided not to launch the Galaxy Note 5 in Europe this year, but instead launched the Galaxy S6 edge+ in the region. The Korean giant, however, launched both Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ in the United States, India and a most of the other regions of the world. Back then, Samsung cited that the Note series did not particularly do well in Europe, which was why it went ahead and released only the Galaxy S6 edge+ in the market.
While the exact timeframe of the launch is still unclear, an early 2016 launch period suggests that Samsung will be launching its flagship phablet in Europe in January or early February.
The Galaxy Note 5 is widely regarded as among the best Android smartphones released this year — it was even crowned as the no. 1 smartphone in our top 10 smartphones list — despite lacking some of the power features found on its predecessors like a microSD card slot and a removable battery.
