Samsung, today, took to Twitter to tease about its upcoming ‘Unpacked 5‘ event to be held in Barcelona on 24th February, where the company is expected to unveil the Galaxy S5. Unlike the invitation image, the teaser image gives us some hints as to what one can expect from the Galaxy S5.

The teaser image contains various icons for Speed, Outdoor, Curiosity, Fun, Social, Style, Privacy, Fitness and Life. All the icons are completely new and are a visually pleasing departure from the current TouchWIZ icons. It also looks like Samsung is going to focus on the above categories with the Galaxy S5.

The previously leaked S-Voice, S-Health and other screenshots also suggested that Samsung is working towards improving its UI/UX and the teaser image confirms this. It looks like Samsung is finally ready to give TouchWIZ the holo re-design that it desperately needs.

The Galaxy S5 is expected to sport a 5.2-inch Super-AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 805 and a 16MP rear camera. Rumors have also suggested that the company plans on releasing a premium and normal variant of the handset, but no concrete evidence has leaked backing this rumor up.
