The Galaxy S6 is set to get debuted, along with a live stream of the event, on Sunday, March 1, but that hasn’t stopped the device from popping up in the wild. Allegedly.
The leaked images seem to showcase a white-clad Samsung Galaxy S6 out in the wild, showcasing several features that have previously been rumored, including some design elements that harken back to Apple’s recent smartphone launch. One image that was leaked well after the initial batch seems to show that the display will indeed be five inches this time around, too.
The images are allegedly of an AT&T engineering sample, so there could be some wiggle room for design changes, but it’s not likely — if this is indeed a Galaxy S6 sample, that is. If it is, though, it shows a design familiar to previous Galaxy S smartphones, but with a larger-than-usual physical Home button. The volume rockers seem to be separated on one side of the device, while the Power button appears to be on the other. There does appear to be a metal outer edge as well.
The camera on the back does look like it juts out from the body a bit.
What do you think of the Galaxy S6 if this is indeed the real deal?
