Samsung GalaxyS10 leak

The rumor mill is starting to pick up steam ahead of the February 20 unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S10 (and all its variants).

And here we are with another report of what’s coming down the line. According to a report from ETNews, Samsung will actually have four different Galaxy S10 variants — the Galaxy S10 Light (Lite, or “E”, depending on the leak and the hour), the Galaxy S10, the Galaxy S10 Plus, and the tenth anniversary flagship model, the Galaxy S10 X. And, as the title of this article suggests, this report is all about the latter handset.

The report indicates that the Galaxy S10 X is going to be jam-packed with features and high-end specs, including an in-display fingerprint reader, potentially 10GB of RAM or more, 1TB of built-in storage, and a battery that measures in at 5000mAh. The handset will also apparently have six cameras, with four on the back and two on the front.

The Super AMOLED display will reportedly measure in at 6.7 inches, too.

Samsung will be including artificial intelligence features in the flagship handset, too, which will be used to automate elements of the software over time. The details on that part are pretty light, but apparently that will be a major focal point of the announcement.

As far as a release date goes, the Galaxy S10 lineup will land in South Korea on March 8. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S10 X will show up on March 29, so hopefully Samsung does announce all of these devices at the same time so people know they’ll need to wait for the flagship model. And, as far as pricing goes, the Galaxy S10 could start around $710 and $801 — for the cheapest model. The Galaxy S10 X, meanwhile, might start at $1,600 — so not cheap!

So, a lot to take in. And that’s on top of the earlier report detailing the battery and RAM variants coming later this year.

Do you plan on picking up one of the Galaxy S10 variants?
