Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 9 in four colors: Ocean Blue, Metallic Copper, Midnight Black, and Lavender Purple. And now a fifth option may be on the way.
MySmartPrice has a new render of the Galaxy Note 9 in a new shade of paint, suggesting Samsung is preparing to launch a new color variant for the company’s latest flagship smartphone. This time around it looks like it’s going to be silver, similar to what we’ve seen Samsung introduce with the Galaxy S8 after its initial launch with the Arctic Silver option.
The S Pen appears to match the silver color scheme of the phone as well. And based on the render it doesn’t look like Samsung will be changing anything up, which means the fingerprint reader will still be below the camera setup on the back, the front will still boast the Infinity Display with the minimized bezels, and there’s still the dedicated Bixby button along the side.
Unfortunately the report doesn’t give us any details about pricing or specific availability. However, it does note that when the silver Galaxy Note 9 launches it will be available in the United States.
Will a silver Galaxy Note 9 spur sales for Samsung leading into 2019? We probably won’t have long to wait to find out. Would you buy this color if given the opportunity?
