Galaxy Note 7 render leak

In the latest series of leaks for Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 the new features of the S-Pen and the edge screen panel have made their way online.

The Galaxy Note 7 is going to be the first device from Samsung that is presumably going to launch only with an edge display, and many are eagerly waiting to see how the upcoming Grace UI from the company will take advantage of it. As the screenshots posted by Android Authority show, the edge panels are going to offer similar functionality as to what they offer on the Galaxy S7 edge.

As for the S Pen, it is going to get a new glance feature, the ability to create Gifs, and to record a partial section of the device screen as opposed to just taking a screenshot. The new Grace UI shows changes to default icons and the ability to rearrange the app drawer alphabetically.

The Galaxy Note 7 is expected to debut with a new Grace UX that as per leaks, looks more matured and grown up than the current version of Touchwiz found on the Galaxy S7.

Samsung is scheduled to unveil the Galaxy Note 7 on August 2nd, and the device is expected to go on sale on the same day in most markets of the world.
