A new leak coming courtesy of GSM Arena has revealed Samsung’s lineup of upcoming tablets, which includes a 13.3 inch model. The other two are AMOLED tablets in 10.5 inch and 8.4 inch models respectively, which have been rumored for quite some time now.
All three tablets shown in this leak sport WQHD (2K) displays, indicating that this is the standard Samsung wants to set for high end tablets in the future. The 13.3 inch model will reportedly feature an LCD panel as Samsung is unable to mass produce AMOLED displays of that size. But it’s clear that Samsung wants to venture its way into the small notebook segment which is dominated by Apple’s MacBook Air and the series of Windows-running Ultrabooks.
All three tablets could feature LTE connectivity although the leak here shows that they’re 3G only. This is pretty much all the information we have on this 13.3 inch tablet at the moment, but be assured that an announcement is on the horizon.
The AMOLED tablets have been rumored to pack an Exynos 5420 octa-core chipset, 3GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel camera on the back, Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Samsung’s Magazine UX for tablets.
