At the start of January, the next big Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, and there a lot of new devices will get unveiled.
While many manufacturers use their own events to showcase new smartphones or tablets, Qualcomm wants to make sure that everyone knows it has a surprise in store for CES this year. While the above image does tease a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor under an unknown device, the description that went along with the teaser image on Qualcomm’s official Facebook page indicates that the processor will be a Snapdragon 800.
Just what the device will be around that processor remains a mystery. However, looking at the teaser image seems to indicate that the handset could be something from LG, as there appears to be a Power button, above where the processor is being teased. That same button configuration has been seen from LG on devices like the G3, so this could very well be indicating that LG and Qualcomm have something in store for everyone come next week.
CES is right around the corner, are you excited to see what gets unveiled?
