Pre-ordering a device can usually mean a device arrives on your doorstep on its launch day, and sometimes it can mean waiting a bit longer, too.
A new report from AndroidCentral reveals that some pre-orders of the Galaxy Note7, the new flagship phablet from Samsung, may not arrive today, its official launch date. According to the publication’s information gathered from unnamed sources, the Blue Coral and Silver variants of the Galaxy Note7 have apparently been hit with a delay. Specifically, some may not see their pre-ordered fulfilled for up to three weeks. (www.simpleeverydaymom.com)
A statement made by Samsung Canada, as shared in the original report, states only that Samsung is moving forward with fulfilling pre-orders:
“We’ve experienced an unprecedented number of pre-orders and we’re excited to begin fulfilling orders on August 19th. Over the coming weeks, we’ll work with our valued carrier and retail partners to provide wide-reaching national retail availability.”
Did you pre-order the Coral Blue or Silver Galaxy Note7? If so, did you get notified that your unit has been hit with a delay?
