After months of leaks and rumors, Google today unveiled the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Unlike last time around, the company is planning a quick rollout of the devices across major markets of the world. So, here’s everything that you need to know about the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL’s price, release date, and pre-order timing.
Just like the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL from last year, the new Pixel devices from Google are not cheap. Google is clearly taking on the likes of the Galaxy Note 9 and the iPhone XS with the way it has priced the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Price
United States
In the U.S., the Pixel 3 starts from $799 for the 64GB variant, with the 128GB variant priced at $899. The bigger Pixel 3 XL starts from $899, with the 128GB variant coming in at $999. The devices will be exclusive to Verizon once again, with non-Verizon subscribers having to buy the device outright from Google’s Store or through Project Fi.
In the United States, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are already up for pre-order and start shipping from October 18.
Europe
In Europe, the Pixel 3 is priced at 849 Euros, while the Pixel 3 XL starts from 949 Euros. The 128GB variant of both devices carries a 100 Euros higher price tag.
India
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are extremely pricey in India. The 64GB and 128GB Pixel 3 is priced at Rs 71,000 and Rs 80,000. The Pixel 3 XL is priced at Rs 83,000 and Rs 92,000 for the 64GB and 128GB variant. The devices go up for pre-order in India from October 11, with sales starting from November 1.
Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Release Date
In the United States, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are already up for pre-order and will hit the stores on October 18. In 12 other countries including France, Germany, India, Ireland, the UK, Taiwan, Canada, Spain, Italy, Japan, and Singapore, the devices will hit the shelves on November 1.
