South Korea is a country of a little less than 50 million people. According to LG, over 1 million people have now purchased the company’s latest flagship phone, the Optimus G Pro. That means roughly 2% of the country now sports a device with a 5.5 inch 1080p screen.

How are sales in the rest of the world? LG doesn’t say. Should you buy the G Pro? That’s a personal question. If you like LG, then why not, but honestly, every review I’ve seen has said that the device feels incredibly cheap, the software layer on top of Android feels like a busted version of TouchWiz, and while the 1080p screen is nice, you’re probably better off waiting for the Galaxy Note III.
