We already know that the OnePlus 7 is going to be announced on May 14. Ahead of that date, though, we’ve still got a few rumors and leaks to sift through.
The newest images of the OnePlus 7 were shared by Ishan Agarwal. We get to see the front, one side, and the back of the upcoming flagship handset. We also get to see two new colors: Nebula Blue and Mirror Grey. The images also show us the minimized bezels on each side of the display, which is made possible due to the pop-up camera.
It’s likely that OnePlus will utilize an in-display fingerprint reader with the OnePlus 7, and we can see that there is indeed a triple camera setup on the back.
Last we heard about the OnePlus 7, DisplayMate had given the phone’s display an A+ rating. OnePlus has already gone to bat for the upcoming screen technology, calling it “super-smooth” and “crisp” and a “breakthrough”.
The OnePlus 7 is likely going to be a powerhouse for 2019. And it sounds like OnePlus is putting a lot of stock in the display. Of course, with a pop-out camera design it will be interesting to see if this OnePlus model flies off the shelves.
