The OnePlus 3 has leaked plenty of times over the last one month and the full specifications of the handset are also widely known at this point. It is only the pricing of the handset that has remained unknown so far. With less than 24 hours to go for its official unveiling, the final price of the OnePlus 3 for India has leaked through an ad in a daily newspaper no less.
Hindustan Times seems to have erroneously posted an ad for the OnePlus 3 in their today’s edition of the paper. The ad was likely supposed to be printed for their June 15th edition, the next morning after OnePlus 3 was unveiled.
The newspaper ad once again confirms the full specs of the handset, but most importantly, it reveals that the 6GB RAM variant of the OnePlus 3 will be priced at Rs. 27,999.
Like before, the OnePlus 3 will be sold exclusively through Amazon India. The 6GB RAM variant of the handset was initially assumed to come with 128GB of storage space, but as it turns out, OnePlus will be offering the 6GB RAM variant with 64GB of storage space.
As for the specs, the newspaper ad confirms what we have heard previously: a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 chipset, 3450mAh battery with DashCharge technology, a 16MP rear shooter, and an 8MP front shooter. There will also be some launch offers bundled with the handset, including 12-months of protection against drops, 12-month of free Saavn Pro subscription, and more.
Like with previous OnePlus handset, the OnePlus 3 will be sold exclusively through Amazon India in the country.
