The Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL smartphones have just gone up for pre-order in Spain via Amazon. Although the handsets cost more than Nokia’s initially claimed price, they’re still not beyond the average consumer’s reach.
Priced at €119 and €129 respectively, the smartphones cost almost the same as other budget smartphones in the market. The good news here is that the devices can be shipped outside of Spain as well. Color options for the Nokia X+ include black and green, while the Nokia XL is only available in green at the moment.
Nokia dropped a bomb recently by claiming that the Nokia X won’t make its way to the U.S., South Korea or Japan. So if you live in either of these countries, importing one from abroad is your best bet.
With the Nokia X+ and the XL, customers will be greeted to a custom Nokia user interface based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphones will also come with a plethora of services such as One Drive, Nokia Here Maps, Microsoft Outlook, Skype, Nokia MixRadio etc.
