At the Google I/O conference taking place today, it was revealed that the next version of the mobile platform is Android M, and that the developer preview will be available soon.

With Android M, many Nexus-branded device owners are already excited to check out the next version of Google’s mobile operating system. Luckily enough, there’s a wide assortment of handsets getting the update. That includes the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 9 and the Nexus Player. Obviously, the developer preview is meant primarily for developers out there, but for Android enthusiasts that want to take a peek at what’s coming, the developer preview will be available soon.
