Thanks to a quite a few leaked photos and a 12-minute video review, we know nearly everything that is to be known about the ‘All New HTC One’. Today’s leaked photos of the handset, however, show off its much more curvaceous edges and plastic strip running at the top edge of the handset.
The new One looks exactly like its predecessor but with subtle design tweaks and build quality improvements throughout. While the exact use of the plastic strip at the top of the handset is not clear, it is probably going to act as an RF window for the antennas inside the handset.
The leaked photos also give us a close up shot of the dual-cameras and dual-LED flash at the back of the device. While it is not yet known what the dual-cameras are capable of, the dual-LED flash look to be of different color tones as seen on the iPhone 5s.
Lastly, one leaked image shows the new One running Antutu and beating the likes of the Galaxy Note 3 and G2 to take the top spot with 38, 000 points. Interestingly, even with so many leaked images, we still don’t know the final spec sheet of the new One and how its dual-Cameras are going to benefit the consumer. However, since the handset manages to beat the Note 3 in Antutu, chances are it is packing a Snapdragon 801 inside.
Thankfully, in just over a couple of weeks from now, HTC will end the suspense and reveal the new One on 25th March.
