The Moto E (2nd Gen.) from Motorola went official at the end of February, and now it’s available on the Big Red carrier’s prepaid arm.
Verizon Wireless has announced that the Moto E (2nd Gen.) is now available as a prepaid option for the carrier. It’s available only in the black option, and it’s going for $99.99 — down from the $199.99 full retail price Verizon has it listed at. It’s the same exact model as the other carrier variants, which means it offers the same 4.5-inch 960×540 display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, 8GB of built-in storage with a microSD slot, and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
It’s available now, so if you’re looking for a new prepaid Verizon phone, this might be the one to go for. The Moto E (2nd Gen.) went up for Sprint’s prepaid branch not too long ago as well.
