Motorola today announced the launch of Moto Xpress in India under which the company will be sending their representatives to the doorstep of owners of their handset if he or she is facing any issue with it.

The affected Motorola handset owner can call the Moto Xpress Service number (011-41717124) and register a complaint, following which an authorised Motorola representative will show up at their doorstep to diagnose and solve the issue.

If the handset has any software or accessory issue, the problem will be solved on the spot, with hardware defects will take up to 5 working days to be fixed.

The service is not free though, and Motorola is charging you Rs. 199 (~$3) for its representative to show up at your doorstep. Nonetheless, this is a small amount to pay to avoid having the hassle of going to a service center, which almost always have hour-long queues. Right now, the Moto Xpress service is only available in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida in India.
