While not yet quite an official device, the Moto X+1 has seen plenty of leaks over the last few months, all pointing to a device that will see quite the upgrade compared to its predecessor, the Moto X. A new leak has popped up, courtesy of a Brazilian website, that suggests those impressive specs will indeed make their debut in Motorola’s upcoming hero device.

Still not official, the Moto X+1 has been one of the most rumored and speculated on devices of 2014. The name has all been but confirmed at this point, but the specifications for the upcoming flagship device from Motorola are still all over the place. A new leak from Brazilian website The Logos Bookstore has reportedly confirmed some of those specs, many of which should make anyone looking forward to this device plenty excited.

First and foremost, the leak points to a Moto X+1 with a display that measures in at 5.2-inches, and has a resolution of 1080×1920. Under the hood, the leak suggests the handset will boast a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. The Moto X+1 will also support microSD cards, up to 128GB. The camera on the back is apparently a 12-megapixel shooter, and the camera on the front is 5MP. The battery is said to be 2,900mAh, while the Moto X+1 will be running Android 4.4.4 KitKat right out of the box, if the rumors pan out.

As far as the website goes? Well, there is some room for believability here, as the same website was known for leaking the details for Motorola’s Moto E a few days before the manufacturer officially announced the handset. Does that mean Motorola is just about ready to officially unveil the handset? Probably not. But, it also doesn’t mean that we should unceremoniously just toss out these specs, either. Keep that salt shaker handy, though.
