Motorola today announced through Twitter that its latest flagship handset, the Moto X Pure Edition, will go up for pre-order in the United States from September 2.
Back in August, Motorola had accidentally tweeted that the Moto X Pure Edition would be launching in the United States on September 3rd, but pulled that tweet a few hours later.

Motorola will be selling the Moto X Pure Edition as the Moto X Style outside the United States. While the company did not announce a pre-order or release date for the latter, it is likely that the handset will make its way to other regions of the world around the same time.
The Moto X Play, which Motorola announced along with the Moto X Pure/Style at its event in early August, went up for sale in most of the major markets of the world late last week.
