On Monday, October 6, AT&T officially announced the impending arrival of the Moto G LTE. Which isn’t the new Moto G, but the older model.
Announced via their official blog, AT&T will launch the older Moto G, this one with 4G LTE connectivity, beginning Friday, October 10. Not surprising, considering the time the original Moto G has been on the market, AT&T is not pricing their new handset with a hefty price tag. For subscribers that want to pick it up on a Next 18 account, it will run $7.50 per month; while a Next 12 will cost $9.00 per month. If you opt for a one-year contract, the Moto G LTE will run you $79.99. Choosing to go without a contract will mean a $179.99 price tag up front.
The original Moto G features a 4.5-inch 720p HD display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, and a microSD card slot. You can check out a highlight video of the Moto G that AT&T put together below.
