OneNote for Android Wear

Taking a note is pretty easy, and it’s become even easier thanks to our smartphones. However, now that smartwatches exist, taking a note could be even easier, and Microsoft is hoping you’ll use OneNote to verbally jot all those important things down on your wrist from here on out.

Announced on Microsoft’s official outlet on Tuesday, September 16, the company has officially launched OneNote for Android Wear. Obviously, you’ll need an Android Wear-based smartwatch to take advantage of the application, with the ability to dictate a note just by saying, “OK Google, take a note,” but you’ll also need an Android device running Android 4.3 or later, and the OneNote app installed on your smartphone as well.

Microsoft says that after you say the aforementioned verbal prompt, OneNote will transcribe everything you say, and then slot it into your OneNote app for you to check out later. It sounds super convenient, and for anyone who needs to take notes frequently, being able to do so with your watch might make it a dream come true.

The app is free, and available now. You can find it in the link below.
