Today, Meizu officially unveiled two new smartphones, both of which feature a pair of dual rear cameras and secondary displays.

The Meizu-branded Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus are now official, both of which share plenty of common elements in the features department. Both handsets will boast a pair of dual rear cameras on the back, one being a 12-megapixel color sensor and the other a 12MP monochrome sensor. They both feature a 16MP camera up front, a MediaTek Xelio X30 processor, and Android 7.0 Nougat with Flyme OS 6.0 on board. They both offer a USB Type-C port on the bottom of the phone as well.

The main feature for both handsets, though, is a secondary display that’s on the back of both phones. It’s a 2-inch Super AMOLED panel, and it can not only show certain information, like notifications, but also work as a viewfinder for the cameras, show wallpapers, and even control music playback.

There are some differences between the devices, though. The Maize Pro 7 features a 5.2-inch FHD Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of built-in storage. It has a 3000mAh battery, and it will be available in Black, Gold, and Red. Meanwhile, the Pro 7 Plus has a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM, and either 64GB or 128GB of built-in storage. It will be available in Black, Gold, and Silver when it goes on sale.

Unfortunately, both devices don’t have a specific release date quite yet, and Meizu hasn’t divulged pricing just yet. It’s also likely both handsets won’t make it out of China anytime soon, either.
