LG has announced the isai FL earlier today in Japan sporting a 5.5 inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) display. This could well be used as a reference for the LG G3 handset, which is expected to pack a near identical hardware specs sheet. And not coincidentally, the launch comes shortly after LG Display announced its 5.5 inch Quad HD display.
The handset will break cover through local carrier KDDI and will also feature a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 chipset, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera and a 3,000 mAh battery. The isai FL also has the traditional rear keys on the back panel, although not as prominently visible as other LG flagships do.
Everything else about the isai FL screams of LG, from the narrow bezels down to the software features. As you probably guessed by now, the smartphone is an exclusive to Japan and won’t make its way outside the region. But that’s not much of a concern as the LG G3 is not too far away now.
With the G3 not expected to break cover until the 27th of May, this might be our very first glimpse of what’s to come from the Korean manufacturer. What do you think of the isai FL?
