Late last month, LG announced the G Vista — a mid-range phablet for Verizon. Today, the Korean company has announced its Asian variant, dubbed the Gx2.
The Gx2 sports the same specs as the G Vista including a 5.7-inch IPS LCD with 720p resolution. The full specs of the phablet are as follows:
- 5.7-inch 720p IPS LCD
- Quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz
- 1.5GB of RAM
- 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot
- 8MP camera rear camera
- 1.3MP front-facing camera
- LTE-A connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC
- 3200mAh battery

The handset will also include all the goodies that we have seen on the G3 including Knock Code, Smart Keyboard, a flatter and toned down Optimus UI and more.
The Gx2 will launch on September 18th in black or white colors in most of the Asian markets at a price that will be revealed later on.
