LG G6 Render

Ahead of the rumored LG G6 unveiling at MWC next month, LG has posted a teaser video hinting at all the features the phone would come with. The 45-second teaser video shows people sharing their wish list for their “ideal smartphone.”

The wish list includes a big screen, a small and compact body, easy one-hand use, waterproof, and a camera that can capture everything at once. The video ends with LG showing a G6-like device with all the mentioned features written over it suggesting that its upcoming flagship will feature them.

The end of the video also confirms that LG is looking to launch the G6 in February 2017.

The LG G6 has already leaked in renders and plenty of details about the handset have also leaked. The leaked renders confirm that the handset will sport a design similar to the G5 albeit without its modular aspect. LG has also confirmed that the G6 will make use of a 5.7-inch ‘QHD+’ display with 18:9 aspect ratio that provides a more immersive experience and is optimised for multi-window multitasking. And the teaser video from LG seems to itself confirm that the device will be waterproof and continue featuring a secondary wide-angle lens for the rear camera setup. As for the internals, the G6 is expected to make use of a Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4GB RAM.
