The LG G3 is expected to launch with a unique QuickCircle case and a wireless charging dock. Earlier this week, a new image leak shed details on both accessories, giving us an idea as to what to expect from LG’s upcoming flagship when it launches tomorrow.
The QuickCircle case leak also reveals the widgets that will be available for the cover, with plenty of apps to choose from. Users can also add apps that they like to the widget. Given the circular shape, it is also possible to display a traditional timepiece as a standalone widget as well. The case will be available in a variety of colors including gold, white, black, blue/cyan and pink.
The wireless charger appears to be a conventional pop-up Qi-standard based charging station and will allow users to watch movies, play games, etc… while the device is being charged. We expect to get a detailed rundown of its features in tomorrow’s launch event.
The LG G3 has been a constant part of the news over the past several days and is expected to pack a 5.5 inch QHD display, a 13-megapixel OIS+ camera, a Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.5 GHz, 3GB of RAM and Android 4.4.2 KitKat with a 3,000 mAh battery.
