LG was the first OEM to announce the roll out of Lollipop for their flagship handset — the LG G3. The Korean company managed to start rolling out the update even before Google start the official OTA update for its Nexus devices.
Today, the Korean company took to Twitter to tease about the impending Lollipop update for the G3 variants that it sells in the United States through different carriers.

The twitter post does not really reveal much about the upcoming Lollipop update except that it is “coming soon” and your life with the “LG G3 is about to get sweeter.”
Up until last year, LG was widely criticized for being extremely slow in updating its devices to the latest version of Android. However, since the G3 and Lollipop, the company has upped its game significantly in rolling out quick software updates for its devices. It’s no wonder then that even in this competitive market the company’s smartphone division is growing at a steady pace.
