The LG G3 sits right at the top with the HTC One M8 and the Nexus 5 in terms of actual leaks before its official announcement. The device has already leaked in blurrycam images, press renders, and was even caught in a subway ride.
Now, not to bore his audience with the same information repeatedly, @evleaks today posted pictures of the developer variant of the T-Mobile’s LG G3, covered by a hideous looking case to apparently protect its identity (Yeah, right LG).
The leaked images does not reveal anything interesting apart from confirming the fact that the handset will indeed come with a microSD card slot. @evleaks also posted a close up shot of the rear-camera setup with a dual-LED flash and a mysterious laser sensor surrounding it.
Lastly, one of the images also gives up a glimpse at the removable 3000mAh battery, which is of the same size as on the G2. It would be interesting to see if the G3 manages to outshine its predecessor in the battery life department or even match up to it, even though it comes with a Quad HD display.
Here’s hoping that even after so many leaks, LG still has a few surprises up it sleeves when it unveils the G3 next week.
