The LG G Pro 2 will feature an ultra slim bezel that would make the face of the device look like it’s all display, according to a new report. It’s expected to be the successor to the Optimus G Pro currently out on the market.Korean site FNNews say that folks should expect the newest G Pro to be slimmed out around the edges in an attempt to deliver a better feel in the hand. If true, it would make more than 77 percent of the device’s face covered with display. A bunch of leaks have surfaced of the G Pro 2 as of late, with the most recent coming from LG itself. The Korean manufacturer recently confirmed the device will carry a 13-megapixel rear camera with“OIS Plus” tech for 4K video recording.
Rumors of the G Pro 2 suggest the phone will ship with a 2K (2,560×1,440) display that measures around 5.7 inches, Snapdragon 800 processor, 3 GB of RAM, LTE-A connectivity, and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
This sounds like it’s going to be a heck of an offering by LG as it continues to try and gain market share away from Samsung. LG’s G Pro 2 should debut in front of the world at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona later this month.
If all these rumors turn out to be true, will you consider making the G Pro 2 your next device?
