Oppo is building a new smartphone called “Reno”, based on rumors and leaks. And now we’ve got a promotional image and video to see how the upcoming handset fares in design.
It looks like Oppo is embracing the pop-up camera design, which will go over well with some customers and not so much with others. Slashleaks has reveled today both an image and a video of the Oppo Reno, showing off its unique design. Unlike other pop-out designs, the Oppo Reno’s camera will apparently fit into a sloping mechanism, rather than a small piece that pops directly up:
The video, which you can watch below, corroborates the image:
Rumors suggest the Oppo Reno will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and 8GB of RAM. The display resolution is said to be 2340×1080. Oppo itself has already said the Reno will launch this April, so we don’t have long to wait before things get official. But, considering the design, one can imagine the rumor mill will shake things up quite a bit more before that.
What do you think of the design?
