With the V20’s launch fast approaching, LG has posted a new teaser for the handset. The Korean company’s new flagship handset will focus heavily on its audio and multimedia capabilities to set itself apart from the crowd, and the latest teaser from the handset fittingly teases that aspect of the phone.
The teaser shows a microphone along with the tagline “hear, see, and more.” It also carries the launch date of 7th September for the V20 in Seoul.
In case you missed LG’s previous announcement, the teaser from the company points towards the V20’s superior audio quality. LG has already confirmed that the V20 will be the first smartphone to feature a quad DAC solution from ESS technology to deliver superior audio quality. The V10 was already known for its outstanding audio quality, and it looks like with the V20, LG is set to take things to the next level.
LG has also already revealed that the V20 is going to be the first smartphone that will be running on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The company is all set to unveil the handset on September 6th.
After the failure of the G5, a lot rests on the V20 for LG. Leaked renders of the handset do seem to suggest that despite the public not really liking the modular design of the G5, LG will be continuing with the trend on the V20.
