Samsung has started rolling out a new software update for the International variant of the Galaxy Note 3 (GT-N9005). The 116MB MJ6 firmware update aims to improve the performance and stability of the device.

The update will also automatically turn off the Reactivation lock feature on the device. The Reactivation lock feature on the Note 3 prevents unauthorized users from performing a factory reset on the device. If the feature is enabled, users will need to enter their Samsung account details to proceed with the process.

Other changes include bug fixes, a new theme for the default keyboard and Pebble accessibility service issue being fixed. Head over to Settings -> About Phone -> Software update, if you are yet to receive the OTA update.
