Huawei recently revealed the Honor 6 Plus, and now the manufacturer has given a green light for a launch date next month.

The device, which features a 5.5-inch HD display and a pair of 8-megapixel cameras on the back, will go up for pre-order through Amazon UK on April 6 for £299.99. Three will be the exclusive carrier partner for the device when it does launch, so residents will want to keep that in mind. The Honor 6 Plus will go on sale starting May 1.

As far as other features go, there’s a HiSilicon Kirin 925 octa-core processor under the hood, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. There’s an 8MP camera on the front, a microSD card slot, and a battery measured in at 3600mAh. It’s running Huawei’s proprietary Emotion 3.0 user interface, and Android 4.4.2 KitKat under that.
