Amazon currently has a $50 discount of the Nexus 9 going on, and for anyone who has been waiting to pick one up with a Smart Cover, HTC has you covered.

HTC has just listed the Smart Cover for the Nexus 9 up for sale. Unlike Google and Amazon, though, both of which do not actually have any Smart Covers to sell as of the time of this writing, HTC is ready to sell one if you’re ready to buy it. The Smart Cover is available now in the coral amethyst color scheme for $39.99. Thanks to the magnetic region, the Smart Cover will attach to the Nexus 9 and it can be folded up to prop up the tablet for easy viewing.
