HTC is expected to announce the One Mini in less than a month from now. While pictures of the handset have already leaked online, not much was known about the internals of the handset. Today, the folks over at Techtastic have managed to unearth the missing information, thanks to some benchmarks that appeared on GFXBench.

The benchmarks suggest that the HTC One Mini is going to be powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor coupled with an Adreno 305 GPU, which will be powering a 4.3-inch display with 720p resolution. Other rumored specs of the handset include 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

The One Mini will look similar to the One, except that it will be smaller in size. While it will still pack in the BoomSound speakers, the front will be clad in plastic instead of aluminium. The device will be running on Android 4.2.2 with the same variant of Sense as seen on its bigger brother, the One.

At this point of time, the only thing that is not known about the One Mini is the camera it will use. My bet is that the One Mini will sport a 4MP UltraPixel camera, but will lack OIS as seen on the Butterfly S.
