HTC had to delay the roll out of Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Google Play edition of the One M8 and One M7 because of QA issues.
The company had submitted a new build to Google last week with all the necessary changes and fixes for approval. Now, according to @moversi, the latest Lollipop build for the M7 and M8 GPe is currently in Google’s QA labs, and the company will provide quality assurance to HTC by the end of Monday. Provided the software build from HTC passes Google’s QA, the Taiwanese OEM plans on rolling out the OTA update on the very same day.
@NiravPatel23 Hi Nirav, the SW for M7 & M8 with the fixes are in Google's QA lab. Their target is to provide TA by EOD Monday.

The LG G Pad 8.3 is the only Google Play edition device to be updated to Lollipop. Other devices in the GPe program, including the Sony Z Ultra, Galaxy S4 and the Moto G are yet to receive the update. None of the companies have announced any estimated timeframe for the roll out of the Lollipop OTA update for these devices as well.
