With each of the One M variants before the One M9, HTC released a mini option that featured a smaller display, and slightly less impressive specifications under the hood.
Unfortunately for anyone that might have been waiting to get their hands on a mini option of the One M9, or simply just a sequel to the One mini 2, that’s apparently not going to happen. HTC’s North American President, Jack Tong, has confirmed that the company is following the industry trend of “moving towards new phones over 5 inches in size.” According to Tong, HTC’s product lineup will be following the same course.
While it’s obvious that bigger phones have become the norm as of late, it stands to reason that at least some people out there still prefer smaller phones. Then again, many of those people must not have been buying smaller HTC phones.
Do you prefer large displays?
