You’ve probably never heard of Florian Seiche, but he was an important guy. He was in charge of HTC’s sales in Europe. While I was away for Easter, it looks like he left. His new employer is none other than Nokia.
Is this news important? Here’s what Mobile Magazine has to say:
“Seiche is the latest in a string of high profile departures from the troubled manufacturer. Last month HTC regional director of UK and Ireland Phil Roberson, UK head of sales Mike Coombes and head of marketing James Atkins, all left.”
Sounds like a sinking ship to me. Combine this news with the reports that HTC is having trouble securing camera modules and aluminum bodies and I’m starting to question if the CEO needs to finally resign.
