In June, we saw what looked to be an HTC-branded Desire 610 with AT&T markings make its way onto the Internet, long before any kind of official announcement. While a launch date wasn’t mentioned in the initial leak, here we are just over a month later, and the device has gone official.
The HTC Desire 610 is now available from AT&T, and it comes packing a ridiculously good price tag for the device you may be considering. The 4.7-inch device features a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdraon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 8GB of built-in storage with a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 64GB. There’s an 8-megapixel camera on the back, and a 1.3MP front-facing shooter. There is 1GB of RAM, and it’s running Android 4.4 KitKat right out of the box. The battery measures in at 2040mAh.
Now, pricing: the main takeaway is the $199.99 price tag, without a contract. That’s right, just $199.99 sans a contract. If you want to opt in for two years, though, then the phone will only cost you .99 cents. Or, if you prefer a Next plan, you can pay up to $10.00 per month.
The device is available only in a gray option. Do you plan on picking it up?
