Samsung unveiled its latest flagship handsets for 2016 — the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge — at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week. The handsets are packed to the brim with improvements, and even though they sport the same design as their predecessors, they now feature IP68 waterproofing capabilities.
Unlike previous years, Samsung has already put its flagship handsets on pre-order across all major carriers in the United States and other key markets of the world. If you are wondering how and where to pre-order the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge from, check out your various options below.
Best Buy and Samsung
Unlike Apple, Samsung does not have its own retail stores in the United States to sell its smartphones. Nonetheless, the Korean company has its own Samsung Zone inside prominent Best Buy stores in the United States. If you are looking to buy a retail, unlocked variant of the Galaxy S7 or S7 edge, you can pre-order it from one of your local Samsung Zone/Best Buy store. Depending on the carrier, the retail price of the Galaxy S7 is anywhere between $620 to $695, while the Galaxy S7 edge has been priced at $720 to $795.
Pre-ordering the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge also entitles you to a free Gear VR along with a bundle of six VR games. To claim them though, you will need to head over to Samsung’s promotional website and fill all the relevant details.
Verizon
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are already live on the Big Red network. Instead of the Gear VR, you also have the option of getting a Gear S2 from Samsung along with your pre-order for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. And to further sweeten the deal, if you are switching to Verizon from another carrier, the Big Red will cover your termination fees.
You can get the Galaxy S7 at a monthly instalment of $28 per month for 2 years, while the S7 edge will set you back by $33 per month. The full retail price of the handset is $672 and $792, respectively.

AT&T
AT&T is not offering any alternative bundle with the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge pre-order to interested customers. It is also the most costly network to buy the handsets from with prices starting from $23.17/month for 30 months for the Galaxy S7 and $26.50/month for 30 months for the Galaxy S7 edge.

Sprint
Sprint is offering the best deal on the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, though its not offering any alternative pre-booking bundle. You can either buy the handset outright from the Now network or opt in for the new Galaxy Forever leasing program, which will entitle you to the latest Galaxy handset from Samsung every year for a monthly fees of $26 for the Galaxy S7 and $30.50 for the Galaxy S7 edge over 2 years.
If you don’t opt for this plan, you will end up paying $27.09 for the Galaxy S7 or $31.35 for the Galaxy S7 edge for 2 years.
To make the deal even better for you, Sprint is also offering a flat 50 percent discount if you buy a second unit of the Galaxy S7 or S7 edge along with your primary unit.

Apart from the Gear VR, T-Mobile is also offering customers who pre-order a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge from it a free year of Netflix subscription. The carrier will also pay your termination fees and other charges if you are switching carriers.
The Magenta network has priced the Galaxy S7 at $27.92/month for 24 months, with the Galaxy S7 edge being priced at $32.50/month for 2 years. The retail and unlocked variant of the handset can be purchased for $670 or $780, respectively.
